So it’s been a week, and over 90k downloads since Wiz Khalifa’s Kush and Orange Juice dropped. The release seemingly made the entire internet go “WTF is #kushandorangejuice and WTF is Wiz Khalifa?” (It’s cool, us Taylors know that people are slow sometimes). As a dedicated fan, aspiring journalist, and co-mobilizer of the Official #WhereisKushandOJ campaign, I felt it was my duty to write a quality review of Kush and Orange Juice. I purposely waited a week so that I could soak it all in and have all my comebacks ready for whoever felt like hating on the Taylor Gang while I was in the holiday spirit for 4/20; but shortly after I started writing, I noticed that it sounded kiiinnndda like a love letter. So not taylored… So I will limit myself to saying that the mixtape was fuggin tight and it was worth the wait sans all the reasons why you should love Wiz Khalifa just as much as the hosts of Royaltee Radio.
I hope everyone had an awesome 4/20 while slappin Kush and OJ and whatever else you choose to enjoy as Elevator Musik. And If for some reason you live under a rock and haven’t heard Kush and Orange Juice, I will tell you that the production is dope, all of the recurring themes like bad bitches, good weed, drinking champagne, doing shows and getting money are back, and Mr. Easy Wider is back too!
